As of January 1st, 2026, Suman Vidyarthi DDS is out of network with all insurance companies. 

We still verify your insurance benefits and will continue to work directly with billing, claims, and all aspects of your insurance plan as we always have. Most dental insurance plans have significant out of network benefits. Insurance plans vary widely in the benefits they offer, but whenever possible, we will inform you of any estimated co-pay prior to your visit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.
