Insurance

Suman Vidyarthi, DDS is currently an in-network provider for Ameritas. However, as of January 1st, 2026, our office will be out of network with Ameritas and all other insurance companies. 

We will still verify your insurance benefits and will continue to work directly with billing, claims, and all aspects of your insurance plan as we always have. Insurance plans vary widely in the benefits they offer, but whenever possible, we will inform you of any estimated co-pay.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.
